Pregnancy and Postpartum

Pregnancy-safe chiropractic for comfort and ease

Gentle, specific chiropractic can help your body stay organized as it changes. We focus on comfort, balance, and breath so you can move, rest, and recover with more ease.

Webster Technique

I use the Webster Technique during pregnancy when appropriate. It is a gentle chiropractic approach that focuses on sacral and pelvic balance to support normal nerve and joint function in the pelvis. The goal is a balanced foundation for comfort and healthy movement patterns throughout pregnancy.

The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association describes Webster as a specific analysis and diversified adjustment aimed at pelvic balance.”
