Empowering Your Pregnancy Journey
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Pregnancy-safe chiropractic for comfort and ease.
Your body is doing extraordinary work. Gentle, specific chiropractic care helps it stay organized as it changes, so you can move, rest, and recover with more ease through every trimester and into the postpartum period.
Webster Technique
During pregnancy I use the Webster Technique when appropriate. It is a gentle chiropractic approach focused on sacral and pelvic balance to support healthy nerve and joint function in the pelvis. The goal is a balanced, comfortable foundation for movement throughout pregnancy.
The International Chiropractic Pediatric Association describes Webster as a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment aimed at pelvic balance.
