Will you give me things to do at home?
Yes. Short, practical steps that help the changes hold. Breath, attention, and simple actions.
Visits and booking
What happens at the first visit?
I take your history, orient you to chiropractic, complete an examination, and give you your first adjustment. You leave with simple next steps. If needed, we outline a short follow-up plan.
How long are visits?
Initial Alignment Sessions are usually 30-40 minutes. Tune-Ups are typically 20 minutes.
Can children or pregnant people receive care?
Yes. Care is always matched to the person on the table.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Hands-on care is in person. Study group and simple practices are available on Zoom.
Practical details
Where are you located?
Outer Sunset, San Francisco. Sessions in Kona available by arrangement.
Do you take insurance?
NO, I accept direct payment. I can provide a superbill you may submit to your plan.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, major cards and HSA/FSA where applicable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to someone on the list.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in.
Metaphysical study group
What is the study group?
We read metaphysical texts and discuss them as a group to deepen self-knowledge and learn to consciously direct our power, with one small practice each week.
When and how do I join?
Thursdays, in person and on Zoom. Add your name on the Contact page and note “Study Group.”
